Prenatal Yoga on Skye

A supportive class and community for your pregnancy journey

These prenatal yoga classes on Skye offer a nurturing space to connect with your body, your breath, and your baby. Designed to support you throughout pregnancy, each session blends gentle movement, mindful breathwork, and deep relaxation to ease common discomforts and support emotional wellbeing.

All levels and trimesters welcome. No yoga experience necessary.

Classes run in small groups over a set number of weeks, encouraging a sense of continuity, commitment, and connection with others going through a similar season.

Book Your Place

Classes are offered in 4- or 6-week blocks, encouraging consistent practice and group bonding. Spaces are limited to keep the environment spacious and supportive.
