The small print – in case you need to change or cancel a booking and you’re wondering about refunds.

1. Services

By booking or attending any class, session, or event (in-person or online) provided by Tursa Skye, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Sessions can be booked and paid in advance.
  • Payment confirms your spot and agreement with these terms.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Group Classes/Events: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit.
  • Private Sessions: Cancel 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable or may incur a 75–100% charge.
  • No-shows are charged in full.

4. Online Participation

  • Ensure your space is safe and free of hazards.
  • You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and functioning equipment.

5. Conduct

  • Respect instructors and other clients.
  • Inappropriate behavior may result in removal from class without refund.

6. Changes

Tursa Skye reserves the right to change class times, prices, or these terms at any time with reasonable notice.

Health Disclaimer – Yoga & Wellbeing Classes

Yoga and other wellness practices offered through Tursa Skye carry a risk of physical injury.

By participating in any service offered (live or recorded), you confirm:

  • You understand yoga involves physical movement and potential risks.
  • You are in suitable physical condition to participate.
  • You have consulted a physician where needed.
  • You will stop any activity that causes pain, discomfort, or concern.

Tursa Skye and its instructors:

  • Provide general guidance, not tailored medical or physical therapy advice.
  • Are not licensed medical professionals.
  • Are not responsible for any injuries sustained during classes.

Health & Safety Disclaimer – Guided Walks

By participating in any guided walk, outdoor event, or walking retreat organized by Tursa Skye, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation

Participation in guided walks is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. You understand that walking, even at a moderate pace, involves physical exertion and outdoor environmental risks.


2. Health and Fitness

  • You confirm that you are physically fit and able to participate in the planned activity.
  • You agree to inform the walk leader of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to the walk.
  • You are responsible for carrying any personal medication you may require (e.g., inhalers, EpiPens, etc.).

3. Outdoor Hazards

You acknowledge that guided walks may involve exposure to:

  • Uneven terrain, mud, slippery surfaces, or inclines
  • Changing weather conditions
  • Insects, plants (e.g., stinging nettles), or wildlife
  • Remote or low-signal areas

Participants are responsible for:

  • Wearing appropriate clothing and footwear
  • Bringing water, snacks, and weather-appropriate gear
  • Assessing their own comfort and fitness during the walk and notifying the guide if they need to stop.

4. Personal Responsibility

You agree to:

  • Follow the guidance of your walk leader
  • Stay with the group unless otherwise agreed
  • Be respectful of the environment, wildlife, and others

Tursa Skye and its walk leaders are not responsible for:

  • Injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings
  • Illness or accidents caused by lack of preparation or failure to follow safety advice

5. Weather and Cancellations

  • Walks may be postponed or modified due to weather or safety concerns.
  • If Tursa Skye cancels a walk, you will be offered a reschedule or refund.
  • Please check communications before the walk for updates.

6. Emergency Situations

In the unlikely event of an emergency, your walk leader will initiate appropriate first aid or contact emergency services. You agree to cooperate fully in any safety procedure.

The content and experience provided during guided walks are for wellness and relaxation purposes only, and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a healthcare professional before beginning any new physical activity.
