Active Yoga Flow – Kick start your weekend with a fast and active yoga flow to bring you strength and energy. Breathe fully. Flow with ease.

Slow Flow – Restore your energy with a slower flow including Yoga, Qi Gong and breath work to feel relaxed and float into your day.

We host private classes tailored to your specific needs – helpful if you’re rehabilitating from injury and illness and need extra support to get confident moving again. Or you’d like to work on specific areas with a practice for your needs specifically.

Prenatal yoga course Coming soon
Each class is designed to support you in grounding, softening and listening to the wisdom of your body as it changes during this time. You’ll move gently, breathe deeply and cultivate strength without force. A course that allows you space to relax, prepare for birth and honour your own being. Practice in community with other women.
Join the wait list and we will be in touch with you to arrange best days and times for the group. Class size will be a maximum of 8 women so that everyone feels held – £15 PER CLASS.
